The early church believed in doing life together. They built tight-knit relationships, gathered around communal tables and shared meals, and encouraged each other as they followed Jesus together.
Community Groups are one way we seek to build a tight-knit community and do life together. We gather together and around tables during the week so we can become the people of Jesus in our neighborhoods.
We take time each month to eat, pray, and share life together. Community Groups have 10-15 people (including children) who love and support each other in practical, tangible ways. Our tables become sacred spaces for celebration, remembrance, lament, and grieving as we point each other towards Jesus and our hope in Him.
In our Community Groups we engage honest conversations and provide space for the Spirit of Jesus to speak and lead. We hope to become more like Jesus as we spend time together in community and are transformed individually and communally into the increasing likeness of Jesus.
