Our Student Ministry is for students in 6th-12th grade. We work hard to create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where every student can build relationships with other students and adult leaders, engage in spiritual conversations, and ask questions so they can be equipped with the tools needed for a lifelong journey of faith.
We actually think about our Student Ministry in this way: equipping students with the tools they’ll need to build a resilient faith that will carry them into their college and adult years. We focus on helping our students develop a deep, trusting, and abiding relationship with Jesus.
We meet twice per month on Sundays from 12-1:30 PM directly after our weekly worship gatherings. Student Ministry gatherings include lunch, games and activities, and focused conversations aimed at helping Middle and High School students love and follow Jesus. As we do that, we leave space for doubts, questions, and practical application to our students’ everyday lives.
All of our adult volunteer leaders have current state background checks and clearances. Our students’ mental, spiritual, and physical safety matters greatly to us.
